I assist individuals and businesses in locating and recovering unclaimed property that is legally held by state unclaimed-property agencies.
My work includes researching public records, preparing claim paperwork, guiding claimants through the process, and helping ensure the state issues payment correctly.
I am not a government employee, attorney, or representative of any state treasury or controller’s office.
I operate as an independent private researcher.
You are never charged in advance.
My compensation is based solely on a contingency fee — typically 10% of the recovered amount — which is paid only after the state sends the funds to you.
If you do not receive payment, you owe nothing.
This is not an employer–employee, partnership, or agency relationship.
You remain the legal claimant to your property, and the state always sends payment directly to you.
My role is limited to research, documentation, and assistance in recovering the funds.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary to verify ownership and process your claim.
I am not responsible for delays or denials caused by incomplete, false, or missing documentation.
You agree to:
Respond promptly to requests for identification or claim documentation.
Notify me when you receive payment from the state.
Pay the agreed 10% fee within 30 days after receiving your funds.
Failure to pay may result in collection or small-claims action based on our signed agreement.
All services are conducted in accordance with applicable state and federal unclaimed-property laws.
Each state sets a legal fee limit (typically 10%), requires written disclosure, and allows you to file directly with the state at no cost if you prefer.
Your information is kept confidential and used only for the purpose of verifying and recovering your unclaimed property.

All services are provided in good faith and on an “as-is” basis.
While I take great care in preparing claims, I cannot guarantee approval or payment amounts determined by the state.
My total liability for any issue related to my services will not exceed the amount of the finder’s fee paid.
You may cancel in writing any time before your claim is submitted.
If you cancel but later recover the disclosed property within 180 days of signing, the 10% fee still applies once payment is received.
These Terms and any related agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, unless superseded by the unclaimed-property laws of the state where the claim is filed.
When you choose to work with me, you are supporting a disabled veteran who personally researches and locates these funds.
